Raised in a multi-generation Central Florida family, Summer has spent her life living, working, renovating homes, and contributing to projects throughout the region. That lifelong connection has given her a deep understanding of the communities, people, and opportunities that make Florida such a special place to call home.

Before entering real estate, Summer held executive leadership roles in the global and homeland security sector, healthcare management, construction, and large-scale development. Working alongside engineers, architects, contractors, financial institutions, business leaders, and local municipalities taught her how to solve complex problems, navigate challenges, and make confident decisions when the stakes are high.

Today, she brings that same approach to every client she serves. Summer believes real estate is about far more than buying or selling property—it’s about helping people make informed decisions with confidence. Her role isn’t to pressure or persuade, but to help clients understand their options, protect their interests, and move forward with peace of mind.
